By using SetSmith you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the service.

2. Use of the service

You must use SetSmith in a legal and respectful manner. Use for illicit purposes, copyright infringement, or resource abuse is not permitted.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out with your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Content

You retain ownership of your content (setlists, PDFs, audio and annotations). You grant us a limited license to store and display such content in order to operate the service.

5. Payments and subscriptions

If we offer paid plans in the future, the applicable terms, billing periods and cancellation policy will be clearly communicated.

6. Limitation of liability

SetSmith is provided “as is” without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

7. Service and terms changes

We may update the service and these terms. We will publish any changes on this page. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of them.

8. Governing law

These terms will be governed by the applicable law in your jurisdiction or, failing that, by the law of the country where the service is incorporated.
