About SetSmith

This page describes the process to request the deletion of your account and data from SetSmith. The name of the application on Google Play is SetSmith.

How to delete your account

Recommended (in the app): you can delete your account yourself. It takes effect immediately.

1. Open the SetSmith app and sign in.
2. Open Settings from the app menu.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted (two steps). Your account and associated data are removed right away and you will be signed out.

If you cannot use the app: you can still send a request using the form below. We will confirm receipt by email and process it within up to 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Account data: email, name and associated credentials.
• Content: setlists, songs, annotations and attachments (e.g., PDFs and MP3s).
• Session tokens and data required for login.

What data is retained

• No related data will be retained after account deletion is executed.

Timing and confirmation

In-app deletion: completed as soon as you finish the confirmation steps in Settings. You are signed out immediately and the account can no longer be used to sign in.

Form requests: we process these within up to 30 days from verification and send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
