This page describes the process to request the deletion of your account and data from SetSmith. The name of the application on Google Play is SetSmith.

Steps

Steps to request deletion

  1. Open the request form using the “Request deletion” button.
  2. Enter the email you used to register in SetSmith.
  3. Confirm your identity following the form instructions.
  4. Submit the request. We will confirm receipt by email.
  5. We will process the deletion within up to 30 days.
Scope

What data is deleted

  • Account data: email, name and associated credentials.
  • Content: setlists, songs, annotations and attachments (e.g., PDFs and MP3s).
  • Session tokens and data required for login.
Retention

What data is retained

  • No related data will be retained after account deletion is executed.
Timing

Timing and confirmation

We will process your request within up to 30 days from its verification. When the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
